Have you tried diet after diet in an attempt to lose weight? And do you always end up quitting these diets because they are just too hard to stick to? Are you confused at what you're even supposed to eat to be healthy?

I've been there! And I understand how hard it can be to figure out what information on the internet is correct.

 

That's where I come in! If you want to actually lose weight and keep it off, you need the right tools and knowledge! That's what I want to give you.

8-Session Nutrition Coaching Program for Weight Loss

​What is included?

  • 8 60-minute one-on-one coaching calls (Once per week or once every other week)

    • To provide nutrition knowledge​

    • To collaborate and create individualized goals​​ for you to work on between sessions. These are small goals that will eventually lead you to your big goal of weight loss.

  • Personalized for you, estimated nutrient needs calculated by an RD.​

  • The first 4 sessions will focus on creating a solid foundation for you to lose weight and create a healthy lifestyle.

  • The second 4 sessions will focus more on continual weight loss towards your goal, how to maintain a healthy weight, and how to overcome common barriers to maintaining a healthy weight.

  • Some of the nutrition topics covered include​: Creating the right mindset, clearing up nutrition myths, weight loss basics, how to eat more and weigh less, nutrition 101, how to properly balance your meals with carbs, fat, and protein, how to decipher food labels, exercise for weight loss basics, nutrition to support exercise, mindfulness, intuitive eating, creating a healthy relationship with food, and more! 

  • After each session, I will email you a follow-up of what we talked about including all the resources you need! You can refer to them any time!

  • Between sessions, I will be available to answer questions via email or text message between 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. I am here to be your guide. If you need help or feel discouraged, I will be here to help you get through it!

What NOT to expect:

  • I will not be giving you any meal plans. Instead, I will teach you how to create balanced meals on your own, so you can know how to eat even after we are done working together.

  • I will not expect you to go on a diet, completely cut out foods you love, track your calories/exercise, or measure/weigh your food. None of these are things I do in my personal life to follow a healthy lifestyle, and you don’t need to do them either. You CAN lose weight without doing these things.

  • I am not a personal trainer and do not give workouts or tell you exactly what exercises you should do. I will share with you how to design your own exercise routine and my favorite exercise resources.

Nutrition Coaching is NOT for you if:
 

  • You want me to give you a meal plan.​

  • You want me to give you a quick fix.

  • You are not willing to invest time, effort, and money into yourself and your health.

  • You are not willing to adopt a mindset that

    • No one food is good or bad.

    • Food is meant to fuel our bodies.

    • It's okay to enjoy eating food.

  • You are looking for a personal trainer to coach you through workouts.

Losing weight and keeping it off is not a simple, quick fix. It requires dedication, lifestyle change and new habits! This means, it takes time. And that's ok! That's why my program spans 2-4 months!

But the great thing is, once our time together is over, you shouldn't need me anymore! You will have all the tools to live your healthy and happy life!
