Personal Training 

     Fitness training customized to YOUR needs and goals. Classes are 1 hour each and may be bought 1 class at a time, 2 or 3 times a week in 1 month or 3-month packages. Deciding on how many classes you want to take each week will depend on the amount of time you have and how quickly you would like to see results. The more time you put in, the faster you will see results. 

     Training exercises may include but not limited to: free weights (dumbbells), cardio (running, jumping), body strength exercises (planks, pushups), resistance bands, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and Circuits.

Individual

These are 1 on 1 sessions tailored to your goals and needs. It is a full body workout. 

Group sessions include 2 or more people. 

You can form a group of friends with similar goals to ride the journey together. 

You can also let me know you'd like to do a group class and when someone else signs up you will be added.

Don't want training but have some questions? 


This is a 30 min or 1hr session where I will answer any questions you have about exercise, fitness, and/or stretching.
