Virtual Fitness Classes

Are you looking for a fun new way to burn calories and tone your body while you're stuck at home? Well, I have the solution for you! I am so excited to invite you to one of my upcoming virtual fitness classes! As a licensed group fitness instructor, I offer both Zumba® and STRONG Nation™ classes! These classes will help you to maximize your calorie burn and become stronger! Who said working out had to be boring? I promise, you won't want to miss this! See below for more details!

Zumba® is a dance cardio workout that incorporates music from all over the world! This dance fitness class is fun, energetic, and will make you feel amazing! You won't even realize you are exercising, it's that fun! Anyone can do this class, even if you're not a dancer! Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

Get ready to stop counting the reps and start training to the beat! STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. This workout is designed to help you push your limits, wherever you are in your fitness journey!

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find your virtual class?

You can find my class by going to zumba.dance and searching for my name: Megan Rasmussen in the Instructor Name box. Make sure you have selected the correct date. Both classes occur on Mondays and Thursdays at any time of the day because they are pre-recorded. You can also send me an email and I will happily send you the link to any of my upcoming classes!

Do I have to pay to come to the class?

No. All virtual classes are offered absolutely FREE for a limited time! You are welcome and encouraged to donate to keep these classes running via Venmo @Megan-Rasmussen-7.

What do I wear to your class?

Please wear comfortable breathable athletic clothing and supportive athletic shoes. Even if you are working out from home, it is important to wear shoes to avoid injury.

What equipment do I need for your class?

These classes do not require any equipment! All you should bring is a water bottle, towel, and yoga mat for STRONG Nation™ if you have one. You can also use a carpeted portion of your house for floor work if you do not have a yoga mat. Please clear the space around you so you have room to dance/move and so you will not trip over anything.

I've never done Zumba or STRONG Nation before. Can I still take the class?

Absolutely! Zumba and STRONG Nationclasses are designed for anybody and everybody! You don't have to have previous dance or workout experience to try one of these classes! They can be tailored to you wherever you may be in your fitness journey!

What do I need to know about your livestream classes?

I will be teaching livestream Zumba and STRONG Nation occasionally through zumba.dance. These classes are not on a particular schedule and occur on random days. I will always announce when a class is going to happen on our Instagram, so make sure you follow us @nutritionundefined. In order to attend a livestream class, you must log on within 15 minutes of the class start time. However, it is best to log on right on time so you are present to hear my instructions at the beginning of class and so that you participate in the warmup before we get into the rest of the class. Without warming up properly, you are at risk of injury. I am not liable for any injury that may occur if a participant does not participate in the warmup at the beginning of the class.
