Be healthy without losing your love for food
What does Nutrition Undefined mean?
As a dietitian, many people ask me, “What should I eat?”
And the answer is... it depends. Because there is not one way to eat healthfully. There is not one way to lose weight. It depends on YOU–what YOU like to eat, how YOU like to move your body, and the goals YOU have for YOUR life!
That's why at Nutrition Undefined LLC, we encourage you to define nutrition in a way that works best for YOU!
We use this nutrition philosophy not only to help clients lose weight without losing their love for food, but also to meet other health goals. Nutrition topics we can help with include:

FREE Webinar: Habit-building for Sustainable Weight Loss
Are you ready to lose weight, be healthier, and reach your goals without losing your love for food? If so, this is the best place to start! During this free webinar I'm giving you my detailed framework behind losing weight in a sustainable way with habit-building!

Hi, I'm Megan!
As a registered dietitian, my passion for helping others came from my own struggles with food and body image. For years, I was caught up in confusing, harmful messages about what it meant to "eat healthy" or "look the right way." I thought restriction, guilt and constant body checking were just part of the process, but the truth was, I was dealing with disordered eating and body dysmorphia.

Over time, I learned that health is not about rigid rules or cutting out the foods you love. It's about creating a balanced, sustainable way of eating that nourishes both your body and mind. That shift from obsessing over weight to focusing on being healthy and strong is what changed my life, and it's why I do what I do today.
Now I help people build a healthy relationship with food so they can feel confident, energized, and free from diet culture.
I'd love to walk alongside you in your journey. If you're ready to discover a new way of approaching nutrition that supports your health without obsession or restriction, you're in the right place.
