Look no further for tonight’s easy dinner recipe! 😋

Ingredients:
🔹1 cup dry quinoa
🔹1 package ready-to-eat shelled edamame
🔹1 package Cauliflower of Many Colors
🔹1 Tbsp oil of choice
🔹Salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste
🔹4-6 Tbsp TJs Peanut Satay sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook quinoa, according to package instructions.
Add cauliflower, oil, and seasonings to a baking tray, mix mixed together and put in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cauliflower is desired crispiness.
3. Warm edamame according to package instructions.
4. Warm peanut satay sauce for 30 seconds.
5. Once all ingredients are cooked or warmed, assemble by adding quinoa, cauliflower, edamame, and peanut sauce into a bowl. Enjoy!
