What does Nutrition Undefined mean?

As a dietitian, many people ask me, “What do I need to eat to lose weight?”

And the answer is... it depends. Because there is not one way to eat healthfully. There is not one way to lose weight. It depends on YOU–what YOU like to eat, how YOU like to move your body, and the goals YOU have for YOUR life!

Here at Nutrition Undefined LLC, we encourage you to define nutrition in a way that works best for YOU!

We use this nutrition philosophy to help women lose weight without losing their love for food!

And we do this through 1:1 nutrition coaching and our signature program, Weight Loss Undefined.

See below for details!

Hey there!

My name is Megan, and these are my two best friends, Bailey and Maia! When I’m not chasing these goofballs around, I’m helping women lose weight without losing their love for food!

I once thought this was impossible because I constantly heard messages like this:

  • “If you want to lose weight, you can’t eat pasta, desserts, or anything that tastes good.”

  • “The only way to lose weight is to go hungry.”

  • “I’m on a diet because I’m sick of being fat. So I can’t eat x, y, or z food.”

  • “I’m trying to lose weight so the fewer calories I eat, the better.”

  • “You’ve got to cut out sugar. It’s the worst thing in the world for you.”

These messages led me to believe that losing weight and being healthy just wasn't fun! So for a long time, I didn't even try. But here’s the thing: If you know me, you know I love a challenge. So, eventually, I decided I wasn't going to accept the idea that being healthy had to suck. During my freshman year of college, I set out to find a way to lose weight and be healthy while still enjoying food!

I didn't settle for these ideas that I had to cut out carbs or desserts. I just went with a moderate approach, and started living in a way that made my body feel good. I moved my body more, looked for recipes with vegetables, ate more whole grains, and swapped most sugary beverages for water. I still let myself enjoy desserts and foods I loved in moderation. I focused on health.  To my pleasant surprise, I reached a healthy weight in just a few months, and felt better than ever before--all without sacrificing my love for food.

It was then I knew I wanted to help others do the same. I was sick of hearing such negative messages around food, our bodies, and weight loss. I wanted to change the narrative. So I became a registered dietitian nutritionist, and here I am today, ready to share what I've learned with you! If you're ready to learn more about how to lose weight without losing your love for food, start by clicking here to get my free webinar with my entire framework for success!

I can't wait to start this journey with you!
