Overnight Oats

 

Makes 1 jar

Ingredients:

½ cup                       Oats

1 tsp                         Cinnamon

1 tsp                         Vanilla extract

2-3 Tbsp                 Peanut butter or PB2 powdered peanut butter

1 Tbsp                      Chia or flax seed

2 tsp                         Honey

1/3 cup                   Nonfat yogurt (Greek, plain, or dairy-free)

2/3 cup                   Milk of choice

 

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a jar starting with dry ingredients and ending with wet ingredients.

  2. Seal jar and place in fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight for best results.

  3. Top with favorite fresh fruit and enjoy.

*Tip: Prep 5 jars at once and store in fridge so you have breakfast for the whole work week! For food safety, do not consume after more than 7 days in
