Valentine’s Day Chocolate Peanut Butter Heart Cups

Portions: Makes ~24 mini hearts

Ingredients:
Amount Item
¾ cup Smooth Adam’s peanut butter
1/3 cup Coconut flour (or whatever other flour you have)
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 bag (12 oz) Dark chocolate chips
*You will also need a silicone mold or mini muffin tin. I used a heart-shaped silicone mold from Amazon.

Method:

-
Mix peanut butter, coconut flour, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl and set aside.
-
Melt the chocolate chips by microwaving in a microwave safe bowl in bursts of 10 seconds, mixing in between until chocolate is completely melted.
-
Add melted chocolate into the bottom of each mold. Then roll a small amount of the peanut butter mixture into a ball and place it in the center of the chocolate. Add more melted chocolate on top and repeat for all the molds.
-
Refrigerate for at least an hour and serve. Keep any leftovers refrigerated so they don’t melt!
