Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

 

Serves 1-2

 

Ingredients:

½ Cup                       Pumpkin puree

½ Cup                       Milk of choice

¼ Cup                       Plain nonfat yogurt (Greek, plain, or dairy-free)

1-2 Tbsp                 Maple syrup

¼ tsp                         Cloves

¼ tsp                         Nutmeg

1 tsp                         Cinnamon

½ Cup                       Crushed ice

 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or magic bullet and blend until creamy. Serve and enjoy!
