Raspberry Popsicles

 

Makes 16 small popsicles (depends on the size of your popsicle mold)

Ingredients:

​

Amount                      Item

3 cups                        Raspberries, frozen or fresh

2 cups                        Soy milk

To taste                      Honey 

 

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Taste and add more honey as needed until you have reached desired flavor.

  3. Pour blended ingredients into mold.

  4. Place mold in freezer and freeze at least 2 hours or overnight.

  5. Remove from mold and enjoy!

*Note, these popsicles may be seedy. Be sure to blend the mixture extra well to minimize seediness.
