Raspberry Popsicles
Makes 16 small popsicles (depends on the size of your popsicle mold)

Ingredients:

Amount Item
3 cups Raspberries, frozen or fresh
2 cups Soy milk
To taste Honey
Method:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Taste and add more honey as needed until you have reached desired flavor.

Pour blended ingredients into mold.

Place mold in freezer and freeze at least 2 hours or overnight.

Remove from mold and enjoy!

*Note, these popsicles may be seedy. Be sure to blend the mixture extra well to minimize seediness.
