Red, White, and Blue Popsicles

Portions: ~10 popsicles depending on the size of your mold

Ingredients:

Amount                      Item

Red:

2 Cups                     Cherries, fresh or frozen

1 ½ -2 Cups            Milk of choice

To taste                   Honey

White

1 (13.5 oz)             Full fat coconut milk

1 (14 oz) can         Sweetened condensed milk

1 Cup                     Milk of choice

Blue:

2 Cups                    Blueberries, fresh or frozen

1 ½ - 2 Cups          Milk of choice

To taste                  Honey

Method:

  1. Start by blending all red ingredients in blender until smooth. Taste and add honey to desired sweetness.

  2. Fill the top of your popsicle mold with the cherry mixture and set in freezer until partially frozen, but still soft (~30 minutes).

  3. Meanwhile, mix all white ingredients in blender.

  4. When red layer has set, pour a section of white to the middle, while saving space at the bottom of the mold. Set in freezer ~30 more minutes.

  5. Mix blue ingredients and add honey to desired sweetness.

  6. Once the white layer has set, add the remaining blue layer to the mold, add sticks, and refrigerate 2-4 hours or overnight before enjoying.
